Welcome to CRISep
CRISPR sgRNA Efficiency Predictor (CRISep) is a tool for predicting sgRNA cleavage efficiency and off-target risk. We constructed the model from basic sequence features and secondary structure predicted by RNAfold (Hofacker et al. 1994).
It uses CNN and RNN to transform input features to deep features, thus avoiding complex feature selection, and then predicts sgRNA cleavage efficiency by LGBM. Then all the potential off-target sequences are obtained by genome-wide alignment, and the off-targe risk for each sgRNA is quantified according to CFD score.
